影子的简历

影子，上海人。毕业于上海外国语大学并取得汉语及欧美语言文学双学士学位；毕业即赴美国加州州立大学圣何塞分校音乐系任访问学者；之后相继在加州大学帕克莱分校和芝加哥表演艺术学院学习戏剧及音乐舞台剧表演并取得硕士学位；曾参加芝加哥舒伯特剧院、斯戴芬•沃尔夫剧院及第二城喜剧剧院的演出；2004年回国后与上海交响乐团等合作在上海大剧院举办系列爵士乐及音乐剧作品演唱会；在中福会上海儿艺的歌舞剧《挑战3对3》中担任主角；唱片《影子演唱的百老汇音乐剧经典选段》作为中国首张音乐剧演唱专辑出版并在上海艺海剧院成功举办《夜之歌——影子百老汇金曲演唱会》；2005年于北京798艺术区创建独立艺术机构及表演空间——“影子的戏院”；4月首演中国大型原创音乐剧《金沙》于北京保利剧院；2006年在人民大会堂参加了“走向世界的中国歌唱家”新年音乐会；2007年在北京音乐厅主演了“剧院魅影——音乐剧新年音乐会”；2007年发表唱片《右手年华，左手花》；2008年发表唱片《影子：去东方》；曾作为中国音乐的使者出访欧洲、非洲及亚洲多国并在纽约联合国总部举行的“联合国之春文化节”上作为中国艺术家的代表演唱；由她出演、创作及演唱音乐的影视剧作品包括《暴雨梨花》、《夜。上海》等。2005年起受聘担任中央美术学院公共艺术系客座教授；迄今为止已出版有《摩登影子》、《三千下——一个百老汇女孩的母语朝圣》等文集，并在报刊杂志长期开设个人专栏，评论内容涉及文化艺术等广泛领域。

SHADOW’S RESUME

Shadow was born in Shanghai and graduated from the Shanghai International Studies University with two Bachelor Degrees in Chinese Language and Literature and also English Language and Literature. Following that she was invited to California State University to be visiting scholar in its Music School, then she went to study at the University of California Berkeley and Roosevelt University in Chicago, where she got a MFA in Musical Theater Performance. She participated in various performances at Schubert Theater, Steppen Wolfe Theater and Second City Theater. Since returning to China at 2004, she has cooperated with national-level music groups such as the Shanghai Symphony Orchestra in several concerts hosted by the Shanghai Grand Theater. Later she played the leading role in “Challenge 3 vs. 3”, a new musical produced by the Children Theater in China. Then “Shadow at Broadway”, her album of excerpts from Broadway musicals was released by the Shanghai Audio-Visual Press, and it is the first recording of the Broadway classics in China. In April 2004 she held two successful concerts in Shanghai. In 2005 she founded “Shadow’s Theater”, China’s first musical organization in Beijing’s famous 798 Art District. She acted as the leading role in musical Jin-Sha, which has its debut at Beijing’s Poly Theater on April 2005. Shadow successfully led the New Year Concerts of Beijing at 2007 & 2008. Shadow was hired to be the guest professor of Central Academy of Fine Arts in its Public Art Department since 2005. As a famous writer, she has her columns in several magazines and newspapers, and so far she has already published two books “Modern Shadow” and “Three Thousand Years”. Shadow released her sound track album “Once upon A Time in Shanghai” by the end of 2007. At the beginning of 2008, with her new recording project “Go East”, Shadow was invited by the United Nation to sing at their Culture Festival as a representative of Chinese performing artists.
